The Foundation's endevour is to sensitize the need for education among regular and contract employees' children by establishing schools at the
Company's vicinity. At the same time ensuring that we create an exciting and attractive learning process for the children in the surrounding village schools.
The Foundation also takes care to build and infuse confidence among school dropouts encouraging them to join back. The Foundation also plays a pivotal
‘parental role' through individual monitoring the first generation learners. Besides exploring and nurturing local rural talents, it regularly demonstrates innovative teaching methods at neighbouring government-run schools with an aim to improve learning standards.
